While well known architect Sanjay Prakash, who designed the original Mirambika Building, may squirm or nauseate at the suffocating fire trap Matri Store School building being tom-tommed as a masterpiece created by Neeraj & Alpana under Manga’s instructions apparently with Dallas’ unclean resources, Manga has instructed Diyas to obtain poems and write ups from children in its praise. This building violates many DDA, MCD, DOE and other norms. Even the MCD schools are more compliant with the law and have much more space for children and facilities than this building. Children have been told ‘pyaari pyaai, achchee achchee baatein likho’ about this building. These poems and write ups will find their way to DOE and the Delhi High Court in support of the SAES’ stand. Among other things, this is yet another instance of exploitation of children by SAES and violation of child rights.

I suggest that you put all the pictures up that you gave to the Hon’ble court for us to see and decide if your are right or wrong.
That the school is housed in a safe place in compliance with the law is the only case you have. This was something that I stated belfore on this blog and you were unwilling to understand.

Kindly read the case papers. Our case is that the 14/4 shift was wrong and that there was / is no DDA threat to Mirambika’s continuance from the Mirambika Building. The DDA show cause notice to SAES re-establishes the latter. In its twisted defense, SAES is now saying that the school has been shifted to new premises on 1/7. Without prejudice to our original plea, we say that even the new premises are non compliant. Official ‘Photoshopper’ of SAES, Runaway Newbrawl, has provided some doctored pictures to support SAES. We have our authentic ones.

As a law abiding citizen, I am not going to bribe anyone to show me the case papers! Anyone would have access to them only once the case is decided, or they are put in public domain by one of the party in the case.
I suggest that you put the complete set of case record without leaving a single page/photograph out on this blog or through google drive etc., to download. You seem to be a technologically advanced person and this should not be difficult.
If anyone alters an image it can be out a forensic test.

Amitji, The 9 petitioners have stood up to be heard, while most like me, chose to stay silent due to fear of retribution. They may have chosen the wrong path legally, but do keep in mind, there is nothing stopping people like you and I to file a case demanding reasonable equivalent, equivalent, or better facilities.
While this may sound bad, but sometimes its best to backup Gyan with action. Gyan heps but action is needed. Go ahead my friend, file a case and demand that there be reasonably similar facilities in the new matchbox school.
Please dont put the burden of everthing on these 9-people. They are the true hero-warriors. You and I both know they are not bad people who have any bad intentions. If you believe X follow through on it. simple!

Also, on another note…the blogger may or may not be one of the 9 petitioners, from what people have told me none of the petitioners know who the blogger is, and often they have totally disagreed with the bloggers view points and approach.
personally i would also like to see the pictures being presented by either side, including some court documents. While i may not agree with 100.1% with the petitioners i am broadly in sync with them having stood up against injustice. hope their approach is/was the right one,
and maybe some one else comes up with a better approach. (sounds so chicken, doesnt it)

Looking at the several Police and other Goverment agencies vehicles lined up inside / outside the school gates, it may not be very difficult for SAES to trace the blogger. I am sure the blogger is aware of that fact too.
But those who live in Glasshouses do not throw stone at others! That applies to both sides I guess.
